Interline Brands, Inc. is alleged to have violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in regard to facsimile transmissions sent to class members. Those class members who exclude themselves from the class settlement could potentially recover $1,500.00 per facsimile received. Request for exclusion must be postmarked by March 9 2015.
