A class settlement agreement has been preliminarily approved in the matter of Jay Clogg Realty Group v. Burger King Corporation 13-cv-00662. Burger King is alleged to have violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in regard to facsimile transmissions sent to class members. Those class members who exclude themselves from the class settlement could potentially recover $1,500.00 per facsimile received. Request for exclusion musst be postmarked by March 9,2015.
